Engagement Photo Shoot { Greenville Photographer}

Between the cold rain showers over the weekend, there was a break in the weather and I was able to spend some time with this sweet couple. I have known Kirby and her family for many years. And, bless his heart, Kyle is just getting to know me!! Y'all, this was one of the sweetest engagement shoots ever. I was going through the pictures trying to decide on my favorites--which is always difficult--and had a few meltdowns along the way. I am not even the mother of the bride or the groom! Have mercy! I hope you all enjoy these moments I captured. Kirby and Kyle, may God bless you both as you begin this new chapter in your lives.

Dancers, writers, athletes, muscians....so many talented seniors for 2013! This sweet gal is an amazing yet very humble artist. She was showing me some of her paintings that she had saved on her cell phone as I was trying to visualize where I could hang them in my house! Wow! Had such a fun time wither her and her mom. Christmas Photo Shoot {Greenville Photographer}

I had the most fun with this great family over the weekend...even with VERY cold conditions! I have had the privilege of substituting for each of the kids over the years---like when they were in kindergarten and first grade! Watching them grow up is one of the many blessings that I have as a teacher. Thank you all so much for a fun afternoon. Hope you enjoy these.

Maternity Christmas Shoot {Greenville Photographer}

I was thrilled when this sweet couple called and asked it I would do their maternity shoot. Family Photo Shoot {Greenville photographer}

What gorgeous weather for a shoot this past weekend! The colors were ablaze, and the family was just so much fun to be with. The dad is the team leader for one of our church's mission trips. My family has gotten down and dirty with him and the rest of our team in Peru! And, I do mean DIRTY! Think demolishing cement walls, digging trenches in rocks, mixing cement in the dirt...yeah! Fun!!!

When close friends ask me to do a session for them, I am both thrilled to spend time with them and also pray that I capture those moments that they are hoping for! We have known this family since their oldest and our youngest were in the same three year old preschool class at our church. This past weekend, we had an amazing cold front come through our city. The trees popped with color, the sun was bright, and the wind really blew! This wonderful senior high gal just went with the flow! We did have to practice patience while waiting for the wind to die down a bit to capture these images....but it was worth the wait. I had so much fun this week with this senior high guy.  As we climbed on rocks and roots near the water, I truly thought a few times that I would wind up a swimming with my camera! He simply leaped from one rock to another! Oh to be a teenager again....
